Originally St. Ann’s Academy, Academy Knoll has been managed by APT since 1977. Of the total 109 units, 81 units are federally assisted Section 8 for Senior Citizens, and 28 units are assisted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts under a 13A Agreement. Since rent-up, Academy Knoll has always had a strong Resident Organization that works side by side with Management. Resident activities include weekly Bingo and movie afternoons. Management provides outside entertainment at the annual Resident Holiday Party. Management has also sponsored resident programs including Cooking One-derfully, Spice of Life Barbershop Quartet and Feelin’ Good. Management also works closely with the Marlborough Fire Department and sponsors periodic training on safety issues. Applicants must meet income eligibility requirements.
