American Properties Team, Inc. firmly advocates and practices proactive management. Our staff of trained community association management professionals is committed to enhancing the value of the properties under our management. Our "Team" works diligently to ensure that community association life within our portfolio is worry-free.

On a larger scale, American Properties Team is truly committed to taking an active leadership role to effect positive changes in the lives of community association owners throughout the Commonwealth. We are proud of our efforts to pass the "Limited Priority Lien" and other reform legislation in 1992. We have worked extensively with the DEP to ensure condominiums are treated fairly under Title 5 and other regulations governing sewage treatment. We have assisted homeowners in working together with others in their individual communities to win municipal trash services.

All of our managers are active in the local chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), serving as committee members, volunteers, and speakers, as well as participating in the continuing education opportunities provided by CAI. In addition, American Properties Team is a "Super Sponsor" of CAI New England. Through this sponsorship, APT helps to support CAI and its educational programs for Trustees and Homeowners. As a part of this sponsorship, APT provides free tuition for its clients to all local CAI seminars.
