Managed by APT since the rehabilitation in 1979, the Father John’s Building contains 38 units of senior citizen housing assisted through the Federal Section 8 Program. APT management personnel established a relationship with the National Parks Service which provides free guided tours and picnics for the senior residents. In 1999, the Management Team received a Special Recognition Award from HUD Washington for being one of the Top 1000 properties in the country. Applicants must meet income eligibility requirements.
