Managed by APT since 1983, Bellingham Square is located across from City Hall. Because of its location in a primarily downtown commercial venue, this development requires experienced management supervision. With no on-site office, safety to our residents and resident retention are two areas of major concern. APT works closely with the Chelsea Police Department and our Risk Management Advisor, MGM Associates, to educate our residents on proper safety measures both outside of the building and within their homes. Although the Senior Center is a few blocks away, management holds weekly coffee hours for the residents to discuss any areas of concern. APT was fundamental in establishing a Neighborhood Crime Watch in this development and provides a first floor commercial unit free of charge to the District Attorney’s Neighborhood Watch Program.
