Management, Inc., formerly American Development Team, Inc., has been
in the real estate development business for 18 years. APT has taken
part in the development of over 2,187 units of multifamily housing and
109,565 square feet of commerical space in Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts,
New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
APT Asset Management, Inc. personnel includes a Massachusetts Licensed Builder
and a Massachusetts Certified Construction Supervisor.
Previous Experience
The majority of APT Asset Management, Inc.'s development experience has been in the
conversion of schools, factories, mills and office space to multifamily
housing with thirty percent of the work in historic conversions.
APT's multifamily development portfolio consists of four new construction
projects, two school conversions, six mill or office space conversions
and the redevelopment of three multifamily developments. Of APT's multifamily
development portfolio five are listed on the National Register of Historic
Places. In addition to its owned portfolio, APT has participated as
a sponsor in the development of four other multifamily developments.
Current Projects
APT Asset Management, Inc. is currently in the process of developing 360 units
of luxury apartments in Merrimack, New Hampshire. The development
