American Investment Team, Inc. (AIT) is a FHA-approved Multifamily Mortgage originator and servicer in the Boston, MA area. AIT specializes only in offering a full line of financing for FHA insured multifamily rental projects and health care facilities nationwide. FHA insured funding is available for purchase, refinance, new construction, or substantial rehabilitation projects with a minimum loan amount of $1,000,000. AIT is also an FHA-approved Small Project Program (SPP) lender for FHA's new mini-multifamily loan program. This program allows the purchase, refinance, new construction or substantial rehabilitation of projects in amounts from as low as $250,000 to $1 million dollars containing 5 to 20 units.
